We are your local Waterloo & London Region Arctic Spas Dealership. We offer new and used hot tubs, gazebos, all weather pools, saunas and massage chair. Our service department can fix your hot tub or take care of your drain and fills if you'd rather us take care of your hot tub.

Our History

Jim Becker started a company at 2005 called; Jim Becker Hot Tub Service. After many years of great customer service, he wanted to open up a dealership locally in Waterloo Region in 2012. And open London store in 2017.

With his experience he found Arctic Spas to not only be the best hot tub for quality, but he loved working on them for the ease of access. After much consideration, Jim chose to open an Arctic Spas dealership which has been in operation since 2012.

We strongly believe in providing great customer service through out the sale and continued after the sale for warranty support.
